Return policy

We accept returns for products purchased from Marianila.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. You have 14 days to return any eligible items from the time you received the products. To receive a full refund, your package must be unopened, unused, and returned to us in new condition in its original packaging.  

If you want to make a return, please reach out to us at americas@marianila.com. Include your order number and reason for wanting to make the return.

Please note that the cost of returns is at the customer’s expense. This includes the packing, care, and return label for the order. Therefore, please be careful when packing the products to avoid damage or lost items during transit.  

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days, and you can expect your refund within 3–5 business days after your return is accepted and processed. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at americas@marianila.com. 

Damaged items 

When you receive your order, please inspect the package for any signs of damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear but if damage has occurred to any of the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and reach out to us on americas@marianila.com 

Include your order number and pictures of the damage and describe what has happened. We will investigate your case and give you further instructions on how to proceed.  

Complaints

Please note that we do not offer a "customer satisfaction guarantee". This means that we do not approve returns or complaints of products that you have used but that do not live up to your expectations.

In case of any allergies or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try a new product on a small area (for example on the wrist) and wait for 24 hours to see if you get any reaction. If you experience an undesirable effect or if you need further information regarding returns/complaints, please contact our customer service team.
